SIPP works to employ 16-21 year olds who are at risk of dropping out of high school, have dropped out and/or are first generation-college students. We aim to provide academic support, job skills training, mentorship and scholarships through these student internships.

This campaign will be the fiscal support for our legal fees, 1020 application (to obtain 501(c)(3) status) and pilot program start-up fees. Our pilot program will begin September 2019-January 2020. There are specific equipment needs that are necessary to begin, as well as 3 out of our 6 student scholarships.

If you would rather purchase a specific product, you can find a link here to our Amazon wish list . The items on this list are specific equipment needs for SIPP and our pop up events this summer. The costs in this fundraiser cover additional nonprofit startup expenses, equipment costs and student scholarship costs that Amazon is not able to provide.

So far we have raised $3,400 in local funds as well as had an espresso machine donated to us for future use.
